Mang Tha is the women’s refugee program under the Alliance of Chin Refugees (ACR) in Malaysia. It is a self-help initiative aimed at improving the livelihoods of Chin refugee women. The women are taught practical skills such as sewing, embroidery, and cross-stitch.
Mang Tha’s goal is to help their women generate income and build business skills in a safe and culturally appropriate environment.
