The Silent Teddies Bakery, first initiated as a self-help vocational training programme by The Community Service for the Deaf (CSCD) was officially registered as a social enterprise in 2017. It is mainly staffed by Deaf and Hard of Hearing persons. 

Their Mission: To equip Deaf and Hard of Hearing people with the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare them for employment opportunities both within and beyond Silent Teddies Bakery.
